Kisah Karamah al-Habib Muhammad al-Muhdhor Bondowoso

Apabila ia datang,al-Habib Ahmad menyuruh para muridnya untuk menyebutnya dengan tabuhan genderang dan untaian sya'ir Meski al-Habib Muhammad al-Muhdhor lebih muda dan menganggap dirinya sebagai guru, namun al-Habib Ahmad sangat menghormatinya luar biasa.
al-Habib Ahmad pun sering mengunjunginya di Bondowoso, bahkan, ketika telah lanjut usia dan kakinya sudah lumpuh,al-Habib Ahmad bersama isteri, anak, dan sejumlah muridnya mengunjungi al-Habib Muhammad al-Muhdhor di kediamannya di Bondowoso.

Kisah Karamah al-Habib Husein Luar Batang
Suatu hari, al-Habib Husein dengan di temani oleh Hji Abdul Kadir, Seorang Tionghoa muslim yang menjadi murid al-Habib Husein, sedang duduk berteduh di sebuah taman di daerah Gambir,Jakarta Pusat.
Pada saat mereka sedang beristirahat, Meliaht seorang sinyo.Kemudian oleh al-Habib Husein dipeganglah pundak anak tersebut seraya berkata kepada Haji Abdul Kadir :"Lihatlah,bahwa kelak anak itu akan menjadi GUbernur Jendral di Batavia."
Anak kecil Belanda itu ketakutan dan berlari ke pembantunya.
